Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MailVibee ("the Service"), operated by VibeeCodex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MailVibee is an email campaign management platform that allows you to create, personalize, and send email campaigns using your own SMTP accounts. The Service includes template management, CSV-based personalization, SMTP rotation, open tracking, and background sending capabilities.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MailVibee to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Send emails that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam legislation
- Harvest or collect email addresses without consent
- Send malicious content, malware, or phishing emails
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. SMTP Accounts
You are responsible for the SMTP accounts you configure in MailVibee. You must have authorization to send emails from those accounts. We encrypt stored credentials but are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised server environments you control.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload (templates, CSV files, campaign data). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
7. Service Availability
MailVibee is provided "as is" during the beta period. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeeCodex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to email deliverability issues, data loss, or service interruptions.
9. Beta Terms
During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Features, limits, and pricing may change when the beta period ends. We will provide reasonable notice before implementing paid plans.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
