Why MailVibee exists

Most email campaign tools are either bloated enterprise platforms with a hundred features you'll never use, or bare-bones scripts that break the moment you need something real. We built MailVibee because we needed something in between — a tool that's genuinely simple, handles the hard parts (SMTP rotation, deliverability, personalization), and gets out of your way.

MailVibee runs on your own hosting. You bring your own SMTP accounts. There's no vendor lock-in, no per-email pricing, and no black-box deliverability algorithms. You control the infrastructure. We give you the interface.

Our mission

Make email campaigns accessible to every team — regardless of size or budget. Not everyone needs Mailchimp. Not everyone can afford SendGrid at scale. MailVibee is for the teams in between who want professional tools without enterprise complexity.

Our values

Simplicity over features. We'd rather do 10 things well than 50 things poorly. Every feature in MailVibee exists because someone actually needed it — not because a roadmap said so.

Transparency over marketing. Open tracking tells you what it does. SMTP rotation works the way you'd expect. No dark patterns, no misleading metrics, no inflated numbers.

Speed over ceremony. You should be able to go from "I need to send an email campaign" to "it's sending" in under 5 minutes. That's the bar we hold ourselves to.
